Below we briefly discuss the method of production and cultivation of some edible mushrooms.

This popular mushroom with many medicinal properties has been used in far Asian countries for thousands of years. 4)Ganoderma Lucidum Mushroom (Ganoderma Lucidum):

This mushroom has been developed in Iran in recent years with anti-cancer properties and increasing the body’s immune system; But it can be seen naturally in the forests of northern Iran in spring and autumn.

Ganoderma mushroom is similar to shiitake mushroom and it is grown both on tree trunks and on soft sawdust.
